Prishchepa Returns to Volgograd
Midfielder Dmitri Prishchepa has returned to the Russian Premier League club Volgograd Rotor, signing a contract until the end of the 2023/24 season.
This is the third time Prishchepa has played for Rotor, having previously represented the Volgograd club from 2013 to 2015 and again in 2020/21.
The 32-year-old, who can also play as a defender, made 12 appearances for Rotor in the 2020/21 season, scoring one goal.
Prishchepa has also played for Anzhi Makhachkala, Krasnodar, and Orenburg in the Russian Premier League, as well as for FC Rostov in the Russian Football National League.
He has been capped twice by the Russian national team, making his debut in a friendly against Iran in 2014.
Rotor are currently 15th in the Russian Premier League, having won two of their first six games of the season.
