Nishioka Edges Past Rinderknech

Wawrinka, who is making his return from a long-term foot injury, struggled to keep up with Bautista Agut's consistent baseline play. The Spaniard broke Wawrinka's serve three times and saved all five break points he faced. Bautista Agut will next face the winner of the match between Kei Nishikori and Dan Evans.
