Belgorod residents will be able to object to warnings via State Services
New functionality will appear in the near future
Belgorod residents will soon be able to file objections to warnings issued by the traffic police via the State Services portal. This was reported by the press service of the regional government with reference to the head of the regional traffic police, Oleg Nuriev.
The new functionality will appear in the near future. It will allow drivers to dispute traffic violations without leaving home.
How to file an objection
To file an objection, you will need to:
- Go to the State Services portal;
- Select the "Traffic fines" section;
- Find the desired fine and click on the "File an objection" button.
In the application, you will need to indicate the reasons for disagreeing with the violation. You can also attach photos or videos as evidence.
The traffic police will consider the application within 10 days. If the objection is upheld, the fine will be canceled.
The introduction of a new way to appeal traffic fines will make it easier for Belgorod residents to protect their rights.
