On Tuesday, February 28, users of the MTS and MGTS companies in Moscow reported problems with the Internet and interactive television. This was reported by subscribers on social networks and the Downdetector service, which tracks the availability of popular Internet resources.
According to the Downdetector map, the problems started at about 18:00 Moscow time. At the peak of the failure, more than 4,000 user reports were recorded.
MTS confirmed the problems. The company explained that the provider’s technical specialists are already working to eliminate the failure, and apologized to users for the inconvenience.
