Yogurt Recalled in Canada

What happened?

A popular brand of yogurt has been recalled in Canada due to concerns over possible contamination with a harmful bacteria.

Symptoms of Salmonella infection can include fever, diarrhea, vomiting, and abdominal cramps.

If you have any "Yogo" brand yogurt in your home, the CFIA advises that you do not consume it.

You can return the yogurt to the store where you purchased it for a refund.

If you have consumed the yogurt and are experiencing symptoms of Salmonella infection, you should seek medical attention immediately.

The CFIA is continuing to investigate the source of the contamination.
