Grigor Dimitrov and Karen Khachanov have advanced to the quarterfinals of the Paris Masters following impressive victories on Thursday.
Dimitrov Downs Hurkacz
Dimitrov, the 16th seed, defeated eighth seed Hubert Hurkacz in straight sets, 7-6(5), 6-4. The Bulgarian saved three set points in the first set tiebreaker and broke Hurkacz's serve in the ninth game of the second set to seal the match.
Khachanov Cruises Past Isner
Khachanov, the 13th seed, had an easier time against American John Isner, winning 6-4, 6-4. The Russian broke Isner's serve twice in each set and saved the only break point he faced.
