"Maybe he's being capricious": Ex-"Dynamo" mentor Silkin on Kudravets
Silkin: "Kudravets always had high self-esteem, so the situation with the yellow-blues is unpleasant for him"
The specialist believes that the midfielder's character may have prevented him from succeeding in the camp of the capital club
Former Dynamo coach Leonid Silkin spoke about the situation around midfielder Alexander Kudravets, who is currently playing in the third Ukrainian league for the Leviathan team.
According to the specialist, Kudravets has always had high self-esteem, so the situation with the yellow-blues is unpleasant for him.
"Maybe he's being capricious. He always had high self-esteem. He played in Zakarpattia at one time, almost did not play, but he considered himself a very good player. At Dynamo-2, he immediately began to prove to the coaches that he was worthy of the main team. He worked well, gave his best, but apparently there was not enough something. Maybe the character is not the same. As a mentor, it is unpleasant for me to observe such a situation. I would like Sasha to play at the highest level, but for this you need to work hard and think not only about yourself, but also about the interests of the team," Silkin said.
