Vyacheslav Merezhko, a graduate of the Burevestnik sambo school won the silver medal at the World Cup for students in Greco-Roman wrestling. The competition was held in Belgrade, Serbia. Vyacheslav Merezhko is a multiple winner of Russian and international tournaments in sambo and Greco-Roman wrestling. In 2022, he won the Russian Championship among students, and also became the second at the Russian Cup. He is a member of the Russian national sambo team.
